Our Set 20 meal package will provide you with 4 high quality meals per day for 5 days. Each meal will be made up from a high quality protein source, a carbohydrate source and a side of vegetables.

Our set menu will change weekly you can find details of this weeks meal plan the menu page. Our set 20 package will be made up of both Menu A and Menu B.

DEADLINE FOR FOLLWING WEEK IS 10PM THURSDAY FOR MONDAY COLLECTION

Orders can be collected (Select the collection option) from our shop the following Monday and Thursday,  Or delivered the following Monday and Wednesday.

Please note delivery is only available within NE1, NE8,NE9,NE10,NE11,NE27,NE28 ANY ORDERS NOT IN DELIVERY RADIUS WILL BE MADE FOR COLLECTION.
